Application Fee

The application fee varies based on your category and the number of programs you apply for:

  • For Gen / OBC / EWS (Single Programme): ₹2000/-
  • For Gen / OBC / EWS (For Two Programmes): ₹3000/-
  • For SC / ST / PH (Single Programme): ₹500/-
  • For SC / ST / PH (For Two Programmes): ₹750/-

Age Limits (as on August 01, 2026)

The age requirements for NIFTEE 2026 are as follows:

  • For M.Des, M.F.M, M.F.Tech: There is no age limit.

Mode Of Selection

The selection process for NIFTEE programs involves different tests:

UG Programmes:

  • For B.F.Tech, candidates only need to appear in GAT.

PG Programmes:

  • For M.Des, candidates must appear in GAT, CAT, and a Personal Interview.
  • For MFM and M.F.Tech, candidates must appear in GAT and a Personal Interview.

Marking Scheme:

In the objective tests, each correct answer earns 1 mark, and each wrong answer deducts 0.25 marks. No marks are awarded for unattempted questions.
