• Officer Scale-III: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an officer.
• Specialist Officers: Specific degrees in Law, CA, Marketing, or Agriculture, depending on the post.

• Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
• Officer Scale-I: 18 to 30 years
• Officer Scale-II: 21 to 32 years
• Officer Scale-III: 21 to 40 years

Candidates who have passed the preliminary and main exams for officer levels must bring their interview letter to the designated center. Follow these steps to get your copy:

1. Go to the official IBPS website at ibps.in.
2. Click on the CRP RRB section on the home page.
3. Select the link for Officer Scale-I, II, or III Interview Letter 2026.
4. Enter your Registration Number or Roll Number.
5. Type in your Password or Date of Birth.
6. Click submit to view your letter on the screen.
7. Download the file and print a clear copy for the interview day.

Selection Process

The selection for IBPS RRB involves multiple stages to ensure the best candidates are chosen for the banking sector. The process includes:

• Prelims Written Exam: This is the first screening test for all posts.
• Mains Written Exam: Conducted for Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I positions.
